Queue is a real-time queue status and reservation platform for car washes, eateries, and local service businesses starting in Cavite, expanding nationwide, Philippines.

How It Works

For Customers:

• Browse nearby establishments and see live queue status (green, yellow, or red)
• Reserve a time slot to skip the line
• Pay a small reservation fee to confirm your booking
• Get notified when it's your turn

For Business Owners:

• Claim your business on Queue to manage your listing
• Update your queue status in real time so customers know when to visit
• Accept reservations and manage your bookings
• Access analytics to understand your busiest hours

Queue Status Colors

• 🟢 Green — Available or short wait
• 🟡 Yellow — Moderate wait
• 🔴 Red — Long wait or full

Establishments that haven't been claimed yet show a gray dot and "Not yet verified" badge.

If the home list does not load

If you see a message that establishments could not load, check your connection and tap Try again. An empty “No establishments found” message means the area truly has no matching listings — not a network error.

Finding places and listing links

On the home list (and province or city pages), Queue hides the tall site footer so you can scroll more places. Legal and Help links stay in the sidebar, and a compact footer at the bottom still has About, FAQ, Help, Pricing, and privacy links for search engines.

Claimed places open with a public link like /cavite/tanza/brews-cafe (province / city / place name), not only a long ID. When you tap a card, that card shows a loading state while the drawer or full page opens. If a peek drawer fails, Try again reloads that place.

Search and filters on Home

On the home list, type in the search box and tap Search (or press Enter) to run the search — typing alone does not apply yet.

Filters opens an inline dropdown panel. Pick queue status (Available, Moderate, Busy, or Full), Open now, cuisine, price, and search extras (include address or menu). Those choices stay draft until you tap Search (which becomes active when changes are made). Tapping outside or pressing Escape discards unapplied choices. Clear clears draft filters only (not your location).

On phone, In: … opens a dedicated location dropdown to change province or city; on desktop, province and municipality sit above the search bar. Location also applies when you tap Search. Type pills (All, Eatery, …) still apply right away.
