Terms of Service

Last updated: March 12, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Queue ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. Queue is operated by Queue ("we," "us," or "our") in the Philippines, starting in Cavite and expanding nationwide.

2. Description of Service

Queue is a live status, reservations, and food pre-orders platform that connects customers with local businesses including car washes and eateries. The Service allows customers to view queue status, make reservations, place food pre-orders, and manage bookings. Business owners can manage their establishments, accept reservations and pre-orders, and subscribe to premium features.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Roles

The Service supports three user roles: Customer, Owner, and Admin. Each role has different permissions and responsibilities. Misuse of role-specific features may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Reservations

Reservations made through Queue are subject to availability and the policies of the individual establishment. Queue acts as a platform to facilitate reservations and is not responsible for the quality of service provided by establishments. Customers are expected to honor their reservations or cancel within the establishment's cancellation policy timeframe.

6. Payments

Reservation fees and prepaid food totals collected in-app are paid manually between you and the establishment via GCash or Maya. When both a reservation fee and food are due on the same booking, you may send one combined transfer for the total. Queue shows the business's payment details and helps you track the booking — it does not process those e-wallet transfers. The establishment issues your official receipt for amounts paid to them. Subscription fees for business owners are billed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for those platform subscriptions. Refunds for reservation fees and food are handled directly between you and the establishment in accordance with their policies.

7. Business Owner Obligations

Business owners are responsible for maintaining accurate establishment information, updating queue status in a timely manner, and honoring confirmed reservations. To claim or register a business on Queue, owners must submit a current Mayor’s / Business Permit (LGU / BPLO), a BIR Certificate of Registration (Form 2303 / eCOR), a government-issued ID, and their TIN. Queue may suspend or compliance-lock listings that lack valid documents, have expired permits, or submit false documents. Providing false or misleading information about your establishment may result in listing removal and account suspension. Reservation fees paid peer-to-peer to the establishment remain the establishment’s tax and invoicing responsibility.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts; (e) submit false reviews or ratings; (f) use automated systems to access the Service without permission; or (g) engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Queue and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant Queue a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

Queue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Queue in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the Service. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cavite, Philippines.
