Privacy and your data

Queue keeps only what it needs to run your bookings, walk-ins and orders. The full rules are in the Privacy Policy.

Get a copy

Open View Profile and tap Download my data for a JSON file of your data, including notes venue staff wrote about your walk-in visits.

Fix or delete

Edit your profile to correct details. Delete account on your profile deletes your account at once and cannot be undone. Venues keep the bookings, food orders, walk-ins and payments you made with them, shown as Deleted user, with your contact details and notes removed. Payment proof images are deleted 1 year later.

Tips are your choice

Venue tips, promotions and discovery tips stay off until you turn them on in Notification settings, and you can turn them off again anytime.

How long we keep things

Finished bookings, walk-ins and food orders: 90 days. In-app notifications: 14 days. Your account: until you delete it.
